The food you get two times a day are very tasty and it's nice to try homemade Indian food. Traditionally Ashtanga is practised six days a week, with a day off to rest at the weekend and although for some this is not viable, for those of us who are able to practise in this way, the consistency and regularity is very helpful for yoga practice and the positive impact can be very powerful.
