I went to Ryusuke in Kamisu, which I've been wanting to go to since it opened in January.

I arrived at 11:15 and was the sixth person in line.

It seemed like they had just started pre-purchasing tickets, and a female staff member called out to me as soon as I arrived.

I'm not good with touch-screen ticket vending machines because they don't have a clear overview, and I often forget to take photos?

As planned, I ordered salted "Kuro Satsuma Chicken" and added chicken meatballs that I found on the toppings page.

There were about 20 people there when the restaurant opened on time.

The earthquake the night before had a seismic intensity of 5 in this area, but it was very calm and calm, which was great.

The exterior of the restaurant has the same monotone style as the main store, and the interior seems to be larger than the main store.

The manager and seven other staff members were at full throttle from the moment they opened, and the restaurant was just as lively as the main store.

Thanks to the advance purchase, the ramen arrived just three minutes after we sat down.

■ Soup

The flavor of the Kuro Satsuma Chicken, led by high-quality chicken oil, is thick, dense, and so deep that it seems bottomless.

The crisp, slightly strong saltiness is combined with an exquisite balance of mellowness and sharpness, making it wonderful.

I came here expecting the chicken clear soup I had at the main store, but this soup is definitely more powerful than that.

Is that the power of the black Satsuma chicken?

It's not just on the tongue, it's like it hits your brain.

■ Noodles

Homemade thin straight noodles with slightly reduced water content.

At first, you'll be attracted by their clear firmness and chewiness, and their light bite.

The noodles become more supple, as if they have a gradation effect, and the noodles gradually melt faster and blend perfectly with the soup.

I think it's an impeccable development.

■ Toppings

There are two types of char siu: pork shoulder loin and chicken breast.

The pork is roasted in a pot, and while it has a subtle aroma, it is full of flavor.

The chicken breast is cooked at low temperature, giving it a moderately fluffy yet firm texture.

The three chicken meatballs I added had a great texture, like cartilage, and a nice ginger accent.

The bamboo shoots had a crunchy texture and a nice sour taste.

There was a lot of green onion in the middle, but it felt like the green onion was just floating in the air.

■ Comments

I was very satisfied with Ryusuke's clear soup salt, which was powered up by the "Black Satsuma Chicken".

I had plans after this, but I finished it without thinking about anything.

I was thinking of giving it 88 points right after eating it, but maybe my excitement has distorted as I was writing this report, because I wanted to give it a higher score (lol)

I've been giving a lot of scores like this recently.

By the way, it seems that this menu is now available at the main store as well.
