The person spent it all on an online casino...

Then, in a sudden turn of events, the online casino's settlement agents and others returned the money...!?

It's still a few million yen short of the full 36.3 million yen.

Apparently, this online casino is illegal in Japan.

I didn't even know it existed.

But, well, it's hard to imagine that someone involved in something like that is a decent person, so it's obvious that they'll feel proud if you criticize them.
