2. Injectors
Yesterday, Audi Key Copy as i was accelerating off the highway paytoll at maximum speed I noticed a significant drop in power. It was like the engine had run out of gas. Or, my injectors weren't firing. I pulled out the spark plugs this morning, three were drenched in gasoline and the fourth was dry. When i crank the engine with no sparks, I put a piece of tissue on the top of each of the injector holes and the 3 drenched with gazoline pop out, but the 4th one stays shut. I checked the ground connection of ECU pins 14,30 and 48/55. I found zero ohm. Therefore, i think the issue is elsewhere.
I also tried to reset the PID without success. The car will start if the G28 is unplugged and runs fine when it is connected however it is experiencing intermittent misfires at higher RPM. The temperature sensor for the coolant (G62) shows the wrong temperature of -49c, even if I unplug it. Also i noticed that the oil pressure gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bar when the actual pressure is 0.0 when I crank up the engine.
I don't know what to do. I feel like i've pretty much eliminated everything else. But i am afraid I may have missed something. If anyone has any suggestions, please share them! TIA!
