A Manhattan urologist has been sued after he was accused of telling seven male patients - including two minors - to masturbate while he played porn and performing rectal exams without using gloves.
Dr. Darius Paduch, who practiced in the city since 2003, used his position of power to repeatedly sexually assault patients, prosecutors said.
One section of the indictment accuses the 55-year-old of telling patients that they were masturbating incorrectly and then grabbing their penises.
In court Tuesday, Paduch pleaded not guilty to the charges. His trial will likely take place later this year. In addition to criminal charges, Paduch is also facing a lawsuit being brought by multiple victims.
At least two of the victims involved in the suit were minors at the time of the incidents which occurred between 2015 and 2019.

'He touched me inappropriately. He pressed himself against me to demonstrate his sexual interest,' Coburn said. He then began recording his interactions with the doctor before leaving the practice. Coburn alleges that when he told the hospital about what had happened, no action was taken.
'Ever since I filed my report in 2020, I've been looking for him to be criminally charged and put behind bars. That's my number one goal. That's where he belongs. But at the very least I hope this ends his medical career and ensures he has no chance of abusing anyone else in the future,' Coburn added.
