1. Engine Speed Sensor

In the morning, i removed the spark plugs, 3 were soaked with gazoline and the fourth one was dry. I put tissue over each hole in the injector and when I start the engine with no sparks, the three that have gazoline pop right out. The fourth one remains closed. I checked the ground connection on ECU pins 14/55/30/55/48/55/14/55/48/ i get 0ohm. Therefore, i think the issue is somewhere else.
I also tried to reset the PID without success. The car will start when the G28 is disconnected, but it runs fine with the G28 connected. However the intermittent misfire issue still occurs at higher RPM. The coolant sensor (G62), even when it is unplugged, shows an ice temperature of -49c. Also, i noticed that the gauge for oil pressure in the cockpit is showing 2 bar, whereas the actual pressure is 0.0 if i crank up the engine.
I'm not certain what to do, as i think i've pretty much ruled out everything else. I'm afraid i may have missed something. Let me know If you have any suggestions! TIA!
3. Fuel Pump
The fuel pump on the g28 is activated by a signal sent by the RPM sensor. The GM-style sensor is the same as the G4 and they both work in the 80, 100 200, UrS and RS2 cars which is why you can easily locate one at a salvage yard or from a parts store.
