Locations

The Exam Schedule lists the locations in which DEP conducts operator qualification tests. Please visit the individual exam pages for additional information about exam content, exam terms and conditions, as well as additional guidelines. If you require special accommodations because of chronic illness, visual or hearing impairment, or any other disability make contact with the exam center and provide a detailed information when you register.

In addition the Registrar's Office has a list of exam times for courses that have exams required by NYSED regulations. Registration

Students are advised to check the exam schedule online. However, it is important to keep in mind that the final exam schedule can change at any time. Students should therefore check with their instructors for the correct time and date of their test. Students should also print out the official list to bring to their exam.

After registering, students acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

If a student is scheduled to take three exams scheduled for the same day, it is recommended to contact their instructor or department to arrange an exam to make up. It is possible to have three exams on the same day. However, this could lead to a high level of stress and affect the quality of the exam. The professor might not be able to give an additional test to make up for the missed day.

Before taking the test, students must prepare by studying the course material and practicing their German skills.
