How to Replace an Audi A1 keys G28 Engine Speed Sensor

Testing is a bit challenging since there are two connector pins and they serve different purposes however the best method to test it is to measure the resistance between the sensor and the ECU. It should read around 1000 ohms when it is operating at its maximum. If you are having problems with this component, look for signs of coolant or oil in the connector bay.
2. Injectors
Yesterday, when i was accelerating to the fullest speed from highway paytoll i had a big cut in power like the engine is running out of gas or the injectors aren't firing any more. In the morning, i removed the spark plugs. Three were drenched with gazoline the fourth one was dry. When i crank the engine without sparks, i place a tissue on the top of each hole in the injector and the 3 drenched with gazoline pop out, but the 4th stays closed. I inspected the ground connection on ECU pins 14/55, 30/55 and 48/55. I get 0ohm. I assume that the problem is elsewhere.
I also tried to reset the PID but with no luck. The car will start when the G28 is disconnected, but it works fine when the G28 connected. However, the intermittent misfire problem persists at higher RPM. The coolant sensor (G62) even when it is unplugged, shows an ice temperature of -49c. I also noticed that the oil gauge in the cockpit shows 2 bars when the actual pressure is 0.
I'm not certain what to do, but i think i've pretty much completely ruled out all other possibilities. However, i'm afraid that I might have missed something. Please let me know If you have any suggestions! TIA!

The fuel pump on the g28 is activated by a signal sent by the RPM sensor. The GM-style transmitter is identical to the G4 sender and works on the 80,100,200, UrS, and RS2 vehicles.
