Last month, she revealed that she endured a battle with depression after gaining back in stone in weight, following her jaw-dropping slimdown.

But on Tuesday, showed just how much she's bounced back, as she displayed her stunning curves in a skimpy yellow bikini during hr 30th birthday celebrations with pal Casey Batchelor in Spain.

However, the reality star soon revealed that her smiles were wiped away by a cruel holidaymaker, as she took to Twitter to reveal that she feels 'uncomfortable' wearing a bikini after she was called 'fat' while lying on a sun-lounger.

The former TOWIE beauty informed her 666,000 followers on the micro-blogging site: 'Was having a lovely day at the pool with @caseybatchelor until someone decided to call me fat a few sun loungers down from us so hurtful.' [sic]

She later added: 'I don't even want to wear a bikini now feel so uncomfortable.' followed by a sad face emoji.

With the cruel taunt likely still on her mind on Wednesday afternoon, Frankie replied to TOWIE star Amber Turner's tweet that she wants to be 'somewhere hot in a bikini': 'So would I with a figure like yours girl.'

Despite her shocking revelation, Frankie wowed as she sauntered around the glistening pool of her luxury resort in a skimpy yellow halterneck bikini.

She teamed her swimwear of choice with a matching mesh sarong, which she carried in her hand as she soaked up the sunshine.

Frankie put on quite the glamorous display, donning a pair of stylish aviator sunglasses, while her voluminous platinum tresses rested about her shoulders.

Sipping on a cod beverage, she walked alongside her pal Casey, who dressed her own eye-catching curves in a pink halterneck leopard-print bikini. 

Frankie recently told  that time spent in the gym helps keep her depression at bay, but she has been unable to run since damaging her knee.

She explained: 'I've put on a stone. Not being able to go gym - you eat and it makes me a bit depressed.' 

Discussing how her body has changed since her knock, she added: 'It's horrible and it's a bit depressing. I'm swollen. My whole body is swollen.' Frankie also revealed that a doctor recommended she take anti-depressants.

The blonde bombshell also revealed what her secret was to shedding the weight in the first place and admitted that she found it difficult to give up ketchup among other sauces to reach her goal weight.

She told the: You have to eat clean - food without sauces... I used to love sauces, especially ketchup but i don't have it any more. It's full of sugar.'

She embarked on a stricter training regime after turning to food in the wake of a painful love split and seeing her weight increase to 12st 8lbs.

Speaking about her lowest point, Frankie told MailOnline: 'I've had a year and a half of being sad and depressed and not even wanting to leave the house at times.

'I just want to make everyone feel good like I do now,' she said, about sharing her fitness tips in new DVD, Frankie Essex Weight Loss Workouts.

The Essex stunner - who debut her slimmer frame in November 2016 - previously blamed a bad boyfriend for 'the worst year of [her] life' in which she contemplated suicide.

Frankie and her reality star brother Joey lost their mother to suicide during their teenage years and Frankie said she feared she might 'fall into the same hole'.

She said: 'I want to show everyone that being sad is all in your head and you need to believe in yourself and that you can do it.'
