The Combi Twin Cosmo scored well in our maneuverability tests despite its size and bulk. It took 25 pounds of weight suspended from the handle bar before it tipped over in the opposite direction, which is better than the majority of competitors but not as impressive as the best performer in this metric that is the Chariot Cougar 2.

It has a good front wheel suspension and its wide rear wheels are lockable to enhance maneuverability. The brake pedal lock and unlocks the rear wheels at the same time, which is great for parking in tight spots.
