Combo is iRobot's first mop-and-vacuum robot, and it's also the most stylish model from the company. Its brushed aluminum top piece and iRobot logo are classier than the blaring designs of competitors.

The irobot roomba pet series Home application is used to guide and configure your robot. The app collects data on usage and maps of your home, including furniture and obstacles. Maps and information about images are only shared with you if you've opted-in.

It's not a mop

The Combo Irobot, an extremely smart mopping robot, has all the power of the excellent Roomba J7+ and adds a reservoir of water onboard and mopping pads, and a robot arm that can raise and lower the pad. It can accomplish a lot of work in 111 minutes before running out of juice and returning to its base station for recharge.

The model with the combo also comes with the iRobot home app, which means you can initiate and stop cleaning runs. The robot is also stylish with a matte black material that does not display dust or fingerprints, and a brushed aluminum top piece with small irobot sale logo.

It's an air vacuum

The mop pad is placed on top of the robot vacuum. However, if it detects a surface which requires mopping the pad is dropped beneath and behind the robotic vacuum. This is a major improvement over other robot vacuums which require you to remove the mop pads for carpets or hard floors manually. It is possible to switch off the entire unit for mopping.

It's an electric charging station

During my tests it took only a few seconds to charge and then make an audible sound when it was completed. When the Combo robot is charged, you can begin an exploration run in the app to help the robot understand your home. You can also mark certain objects like lamp cords as permanent avoidances in the app. You can also connect Alexa or Google Assistant to your robot to allow the voice commands to navigate around your home.

It's a smart device

Combo irobots vacuum cleaner use acoustic and onboard sensors to learn about the type of floor they're navigating, as well as the furniture in your home.
